| Popis | Our study demonstrated that ECC is a destructive process leading to the loss of enamel in large areas. On the basis of its morphological features can be concluded that ECC has an erosive character. Loss of enamel enables microbial invasion into denuded dentin and destruction of the crown. With regard to the age of children importance of primary prevention of ECC should be stressed |
