Popis The paper presents a didactic project aimed at developing plurilingual skills and intercultural learning, designed for students of the Faculty of Economics and Administration of MU, in second foreign language courses with an exit level of B2. The project is the result of an effort to continuously incorporate these elements into the curriculum, in line with the Council of Europe's Recommendation to member governments (2022, The Importance of Plurilingual and Intercultural Education for Democratic Culture, https://rm.coe.int/prems-013522-gbr-2508-cmrec-2022-1-et-expose-motifs-couv-a5-bat-web/1680a967b4, p. 9) emphasizing plurilingual and intercultural education, linguistic and cultural diversity, and the development of language learning and multilingual repertoires of individuals. Graduates shaped in this sense will be equipped with the linguistic and cultural resources needed to function in different areas of the globalized world. The project involves students of LSP courses in four languages - Business German, Russian, Spanish and French - and is divided into two parts. In the preparatory phase, students of each language are offered sensitization activities on the topic of plurilingual learning (e.g., working with internationalisms and metaphorical expressions across languages). In the implementation phase, by studying the language versions of the websites of selected multinational companies or franchises, pairs/triplets of students from different languages analyze the similarities and also the differences linked to the cultural specificities of the target group. Subsequently, teams of students studying the same language design a poster and a slogan on a given business theme, and in the last stage they create a commentary on the selected posters of their classmates. The aim of the project is to lead students to use their plurilingual potential and to reflect on intercultural differences in the field of marketing, while working in teams also enables the development of mediation skills and cooperation. By participating in the project, students will deepen their language potential, enhance their soft skills and strengthen their employability.
