| Popis | Record identify code is an indispensable part of the record and has an important meaning in the management of records. However, at present, ambiguous regulations on how to put the code of electronic records, making the management of electronic records in agencies and organizations inconvenient and inconsistent. Setting a common convention on building electronic profile codes is becoming more necessary than ever in the context that Vietnam has building e-Government and electronic documents are produced more in complex content and form. The article would like to contribute a few ideas on building electronic record identify codes, help the management of electronic records more effective and efficient. |
