| Popis | Enterprise Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME) is not only a characteristic feature of a developed market economy, but at the same time it stands in the current complex and dynamic business environment ahead of the key task of ensuring the requirements of all stakeholders involved in the required way. Current research focuses primarily on the description of the successful operation of SMEs and their management in relation to the success of their particular country. So far, however, little research has been done as they are developing the pathways of small and medium-sized enterprises dependent on institutional arrangements for effective knowledge of risk management, especially in terms of increasing demandingness and limited business conditions. Functional and target-directed risk management is a vital contribution and necessity for management and business management. It is especially for small and medium-sized businesses an important part of the application of this knowledge in the context of changing business conditions (change of legislation, change of economic rules in the field of direct and indirect taxes, regulation measures, standards, super modern technologies and so on. ) |
