| Popis | The article deals with air quality and its evaluation in Ostrava city, which is one of the most polluted regions in the Czech Republic. The aim of this article is based on the hedonic evaluation using the affected markets to set the value of air quality determined by prices on the real estate markets. The paper defines a relationship between the level of pollution and prices of the real estates. The possible recommendations for the implementation of the public policies are also suggested. |
