Popis | The aim of this paper is to introduce the concept of competition in the business environment, according to the stakeholder approach as a crucial entity for the creation of a systematic methodology for strategic analysis of the company. Presented concepts of competition provides the basis for modern strategic management reflecting current requirements of authoritative trends in the business environment, particularly in the comparison with the traditional approach, represented by Porter's five forces model. |
