| Popis | An insurable value expresses value of buildings for insurance cover against damage or destruction. The main objective of the research was to examine and compare all relevant models and procedures for insurable value assessment on Czech insurance space. These were further assessed in terms of the completeness of variables and evaluated according to the accuracy of valuation. |
