Popis | The goal of this research is to analyse current research that deals with difference between information management and knowledge management. During past research regarding knowledge management, differences in using terms information management and knowledge management were observed. Various authors have different perception of these terms, and this fact results in problems with interpretation of knowledge management research. Theref ore, this article presents further investigation of this phenomenon. Two types of articles were used in literature review: empirical studies focused directly on difference between information management and knowledge management, and recent studies focused on defining knowledge management.
