Popis | The relevant market definition is a crucial part of almost any competition analyses. Precise determination of the market extension is especially necessary when competition authority investigates an abuse of the dominant position or decides on the merger permissions. The aim of this paper is to introduce the SSNIP test which is one from quantitative techniques designed to relevant market defining and to analyze an opportunity of implementation of SSNIP test in the Czech railway transport. |
