Popis | Modern mobile and web-based services development requires a flexible management approach which adjusts to a dynamic software environment. Agile approaches provide an adequate basis for quickly changing requirements and the need for close customer collaboration. Still, there are certain requirements need to be addressed during the development phase. In this paper we examine why agile approaches are appropriate for software development in Web 2.0, Cloud and Mobile environments. It will be presented how agile methods and principles were applied in the start-up “Takeplace”. From this case experience and theoretic approaches on Agile Unified Process, SCRUM or lean start-up, the LAWA – Lean Agile Web Approach – was developed. This approach is designed to be easily applicable in small projects, in start-ups focusing on IT development, but also within larger corporations. |
