| Description | The paper presents partial results of research project "Human factor and communication in public administration" This project focused on analysis of human resource management in public administration authorities. On the basis of information which was gained through structured intervies with 11 representants of regional offices, the paper analyzis the way in which the personnel departments are incorporated in the structure of Czech regional offices, the structure of these departments and consequences of such incorporations to internal communication and to features of personnel management in the authorities. |
