Financial Advisory – Generali Česká pojišťovna
CloseEnrolling in this program will provide you with not only comprehensive general knowledge but also specialized insights derived from the environment of Generali Česká pojišťovna and Generali Investments CEE. Additionally, you will acquire practical skills related to the business process of financial advisory services in accordance with CNB regulations.
In the general part of the program, you will gain expertise in law, economics, finance, financial mathematics, banking, insurance, financial accounting, and tax reporting. You will gain knowledge of microeconomic and macroeconomic aspects of consumer and business behavior, explore financial literacy and behavioral finance, and analyze the financial aspects of business management. A crucial component of your studies will include understanding the functioning, efficiency, and trends of financial markets and their impact on decision-making for both businesses and consumers.
The specialized section of the program will focus on product development of Můj život, Můj Majetek, and Pojištění motorových vozidel in connection with claims, pricing, health valuation, and statistical analysis within GČP's insurance portfolio. You will deepen your understanding of risk parameters, their combinations, exclusions, and benefits for clients. Furthermore, you will gain in-depth knowledge of investment products and instruments, including portfolio customization options and competitive analysis through mystery shopping.
In the practical part, you will gain knowledge and skills for real-world client interactions during financial advisory meetings. You will master the structure of the first and second advisory sessions, client needs assessment within an automated sales process, and the ability to draft financial plans manually. You will learn to adapt flexibly to changes in client needs and investment goals (e.g., childbirth, home purchase for living or investment, job change, or retirement) and conduct regular service visits. In real-life practice, you will have the opportunity to manage the entire sales process during client meetings—from data collection to finalizing products in insurance, investments, pensions, building savings, mortgages, banking services, and consumer loans. At the end of the program, you will validate your acquired knowledge, skills, and advisory competencies through the Virtulife client life simulator.

CloseThis program provides you with fundamental theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to commercial enterprises, and the role of a business manager. You will not only study the functioning of a business as a whole but also gain a detailed understanding of its individual processes and activities, learning how they interconnect and influence one another.
You will develop a deeper understanding of the purpose and functioning of commercial enterprises and familiarize yourself with other businesses and institutions linked to them. This includes insights into their location, legal framework, organizational structure, management, economics, and financing. You will acquire the ability to conduct analyses and develop business projects while utilizing information and communication technologies. Additionally, you will master pricing strategies, product assortment planning, and customer relationship management.
The program also focuses on essential managerial skills, including effective time management, successful negotiation with business partners, shaping corporate image for customers and consumers, and enhancing overall communication abilities.
Moreover, you will learn how to efficiently search for and evaluate data, interpret statistical information, and explain or predict key relationships between variables, with a special emphasis on the specifics of commercial enterprises.
