Description | This paper presents a case study held in a Czech bank, which assesses the transformational leadership level of its managers and suggests appropriate leadership development. Transformational leadership measurement and development is a global trend, however not much spread between Czech researchers and companies. This paper shows a practicable method, pointing out difficulties, for now connected with transformational leadership assessment. |
