The project focuses on the analysis of the organizational culture of the Czech firms with regard to their strategic behaviour. The purpose of the research which should involve some 120 firms is to map typical features of the organizational culture in terms of organizational values, basic assumptions and attitudes, by means of applying empirical construction of typology, and describe the behavioural tendencies in organizations of different cultural patterns. The research should extent the present scientific knowledge in this area and thus contribute to the effective management of the Czech firms.
