In the period from 24 February to 15 March 2020, an online HR Award survey was conducted to obtain information that will help us to improve working conditions at the faculty and objectively set up steps and measures that we will work on during HR Award certification process. The survey was also focused on implementation status of the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
A total of 221 researchers including Ph.D. students were asked to complete anonymous online questionnaire, of which 127 employees participated in the survey. The return rate of the questionnaires was a nice 57.5 %.
Thank you all, who took the time to evaluate the current support of science, research, teaching and took this opportunity to influence the faculty's working environment with their opinion. The results have been already processed. Due to the current situation of you will have the opportunity to get acquainted with them during August and September.
