Are you interested in the results of the HR Award questionnaire survey? Did you miss their on-line presentation? We offer you a summary of main outputs and activities we will be working on in coming years.
And what we have found out?
The employees evaluated positively, for example, working conditions that allow them to reconcile work duties with their family life or appraisal which takes place at the faculty regularly and within which employees receive sufficient feedback.
On the other hand, one of the biggest shortcomings is excessive pedagogical and administrative burden. Other areas for improvement are also recruitment and selection process, internal communication, or quality of contacts of Ph. D. students with their superiors.
Once again, we thank all the employees who devoted their time to filling out the questionnaire or participated in the focus group interviews. Your opinions and experiences were the basis for drawing up the HR Award Action Plan.
