Conference fee
The conference fee is CZK 3900 (incl. VAT).
The conference fee covers organization expense of the conference, publication of proceedings, board and refreshments during the colloquium (incl. social evening ).
The conference fee does not include the accommodation.
The conference fee cannot be divided into individual items.
In the case of absence at colloquium, the money is not refunded, but the alternate member can participate.
Based on a paid conference fee, one paper can be published and one person can attend the conference.
Registration
The registration will run through the Shopping center of the Masaryk University till April 10, 2023. The Shopping centre is similar to an e-shop. After finishing the registration, you will receive the confirmation e-mail with payment information.
Please pay close attention to correct completing of your invoice data (e.g. identification number, tax number, full name of university), because these data will be printed on your invoice. After the registration the invoice data cannot be changed.
Registration of more participants at the same time is possible. In this case, choose the quantity in the cart and state full name with titles in the note. Subsequently, only one invoice is issued. (If you need a separate invoice for each participant, you have to register them separately).
Payment and invoice
Instructions for payment of the conference fee will be sent by email after your registration for Colloquium. The document with payment details can also be found in your order at the MU Shopping Center.
You should make your payment by April 30, 2023.
Once the payment is credited to our account, you can download your invoice (= tax document) in the MU Shopping Center.

Accommodation
Rooms at the Kraví Hora hotel in Bořetice are reserved for our participants until April 30, 2023. Considering the limited number of rooms, we recommend that you make your accommodation order as soon as possible.
You can order the accommodation via email hotel@kravihora.cz. When booking, state that you are a participant of the International Colloquium on Regional Sciences organized by the Masaryk University.
Double room at Hotel I. - CZK 2,190 per 1 night
Double luxury room at Hotel I. - CZK 2,790 per 1 night
Double room at Hotel II. - CZK 2,190 per 1 night
Single room at Hotel II. - CZK 1,890 per 1 night
Double apartment at Hotel III. - CZK 2,790 per 1 night
Conference participants will receive a 10% discount off the above prices. The price includes breakfast. The price does not include a local tax of CZK 15 per person/night.
