| Description | The author deals with the current issues of the elections in the Czech Republic in terms of the recent case-law of the Constitutional Court and the programme manifest of the Czech government. He pays his attention to the new issues of universality and equality of suffrage, to the new problems of the calculated changes of residence with the aim of affecting of the electoral outcome and to the corrupt practices. A certain possibility to solve such issues offer preparatory works on the new electoral code. |
