Description Development of sensitization to methamphetamine was shown after its repeated administration. 5-HT3 antagonist ondansetron blocked the development of behavioural sensitization to methamphetamine, while the co-administration of mCPB, the 5-HT3 receptor agonist, prevented the effect of ondansetron on the development of behavioural sensitization.
