| Description | Author deals with the problem of liberalisation of labour law in Czech law system and with the ifluence of EU law. Labour law has en effect on free competition. An over-protective model of labour law cannot withstand new economic conditions. On the other hand, it must be noted that, although the performance of dependent work should create relatively equal preconditions for free competition of enterprises, the quality of dependent work must not degrade the human dignity of an employee as a full member of society. |
