Description | The topic of this contribution is the influence of electronization on the traditional institutes of private international law. Due to globalization, growth of the Internet as the main means of communication and online transactions, the traditional private international law changes. Internet and cyberspace is a borderless place without clear rules as known by private international law. According to some authors a new “transnational” international law is emerging. It is necessary to study the context and use of traditional connecting factors and relations on the Internet, existing legal framework and its trends. |
