Citation
Description This preliminary study is aimed to characterise the alleles of DAB1 and DAB3 genes (class MHC IIB) in two cyprinid species, i.e. Chondrostoma nasus (an invasive species) and Chondrostoma toxostoma (a native species), and their respective hybrids. The presented results significantly contribute to MHC II genes characterisation in cyprinid fish and offer new possibilities for further analysis of MHC role in hybrid system.
