Description | The effect of EU law is directed towards strengthening the legal certainty of investors and coping with the risks that accompany the establishment of companies, entry into existing companies and the activities of such companies in the individual Member States. The main objective of the European regulation of business companies is to eliminate the tension and obstacles following from the existence of the rules of the internal market on the one hand and the national legal regulation of the position and activities of business companies an the other hand, and to create conditions in which companies can choose an economic and legal environment within the EU that is optimal for their bisuness activities. |
