| Description | The article deals with supplies of projects, especially with a building projects. In connection with this topic, it also deals with supplies of computer programmes. It covers conceptual questions and tries to classify the projects into separate groups according to the purpose of documentation processing. The article reveals situations, when to use a special type of contract for the projects or when to use an innominate contract in connection with content of the contract. Moreover, the article deals also with questions of acceptance and tests of the supplies conducted according to the contract of work. For usage of conceptions: an individual check-out, a complex check-out, a trial operation and a guarantee trial at the supplies conducted according to the contract of work; it mentions the content of these trials according to the business practice. The article reminds that parties are allowed to negotiate the content of these conceptions differently. Finally, the significance of qualified conclusion of a contract is stressed. |
