Description | Paper presents particular results of inquiry focused on finding the factors of competitiveness of the companies carrying business in the Czech Republic primarily in the sphere of commerce and services with the aim to answer the question if in the surveyed companies can be the connection between the chosen factors of the corporate responsibility and chosen factors of customer relationship management found. |
