| Description | This case study concerned with the impacts of the last economic crisis on the multinational enterprises with the emphasis on the relationship with their regional subsidiaries. The study is based on vertical and horizontal analysis of basic economic indicators and other relevant dates and draws conclusions about specific impact resolutions of the surveyed multinational enterprise especially in HR management. Company Bosch Rexroth spol. s r.o., which is a subsidiary of Bosch Rexroth AG and a part of Bosch group, is the surveyed enterprise. |
