| Description | The chapter is firstly focused on the position of the regions in general. Further a brief theory of fiscal imbalance is mentioned together with the methods of its measurement. It is followed by the description of the regional fiscal imbalance development in the Czech Repubulic and analysis of factors that can influence the development. Then regulation of local budgets indebtedness is described and liabilities management on regional level is stressed too. The last part deals with multi-year budgeting as an possible instrument of the fiscal imbalance management on regional level. |
