Description This article mentions the results of the primary and bivariate analysis. This analysis was undertaken within the empirical research of the Research Centre for Competitiveness of the Czech Economy. Searched sample consisted of 267 companies mostly providing services. The article concentrates on the employee turnover, as one aspect related to one of the stakeholder groups - employees. The turnover is examined in relation to the corporate competitiveness and to other chosen variables from the personal domain (variable wages, employee benefits, education a training, number of owners in the top management, ownership of the ISO certificate).
