| Description | This article deals with the new situation of Czech and Slovak enterprises after EU enlargement in the year 2004 when European governance became one of the crucial factors of competitiveness at the European market. Logical reaction to this fact was change of enterprises approach to their external environment. Enterprises have to be active actors which are able to predict future development of European legislation, to cooperate with many different organizations and to carry their proposals. Todays Czech management theory but dont correspond to this new proactive approach. Therefore this article introduces certain methods which could be used to study this new trend in business management. |
