Description The paper deals with the term quality within the context of Czech municipal offices. It focuses on the quality criteria as perceived by employees of municipal offices. It presents what quality attributes are important from the employees’ point of view so that office customers can be satisfied. The research, partial results of which are presented in this article, was carried out within the framework of the project of Czech Science Foundation no. 402/07/1486 “Measurement of Citizens' Satisfaction with Public Sector Services as Integral Part of Quality Management in Public Sector Organizations”. The results presented are the outcomes of the initial, qualitative part of the research.
