Description A new record of a critically endangered narrow-leaved meadow rue (Thalictrum simplex subsp. galioides) is reported from Elbe River Basin, Central Bohemia; it is the fifth recent site of the taxa in the Czech Republic. Habitat of the meadow rue is an intermittently wet meadow of Molinion alliance. The striking co-occurrence of other rare species in the neighbourhood (Centaurea stenolepis, Adenophora liliifolia, Trinia ucrainica, Carex buxbaumii) is interpreted as a historical relationship given by local survival of the species since Early Holocene.
