Description Luminescence properties of newly synthesized copper(I) coordination polymers were studied in this work. Prepared polymers have general formula of (CuX)mL where X is halide (I, Cl or Br), L is organic ligand containing nitrogen (chlorpyrazine, dimethylpyrazine and bipyridine) and m is 1 or 2. Practically all polymers were found to be luminescent at room temperature (emission maxima of studied polymers were recorded between 550-700 nm).
