Description | The paper presents partial results of research that was carried out within a bilateral Czech-Slovak project "Human factor and communication in public administration in Slovak Republic and Czech Republic". Content of responsibilities of personnel departments' managers of Czech regional offices is analyzed on the basis of information which has been gathered by standardized interviews with 11 representatives of these bodies of Czech regions. The paper focuses on the point of view of personnel departments' managers and on the point of view of presidents of regional offices. Results which were found are interpreted within the context of organizational culture as determinants of performance of public administration authorities. |
