Description | Elimination voltammetry with linear scan (EVLS) in connection with adsorptive stripping technique was used for microanalysis of aminopurines at carbon electrodes. The aminoderivatives (adenine, 2-aminopurine and 2,6-diaminopurine) were determined at nanomolar concentrations and results were compared with other voltammetric techniques including differential pulse voltammetry. Using selected elimination functions we revealed differences in electrochemical behavior of aminopurines according to their chemical structure. |
