| Description | Object of my PhD thesis is presented by family business and its advantages and disadvantages in the framework of transforming economic in the Czech Republic. Concept of my PhD thesis is based on the Greiners theory of evolution and revolution as organizations grow.From the literature analysis we can assume that there are differences in the development of family and non-family business. Main goal of my dissertation is to characterize the differences of developmental phases of family and non-family business in Greiner theory context. |
