| Description | The European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), in teamwork with The University in Speyer and The European Institute for Public Administration (EIPA), set up Common Assessment Framework : the Model CAF for ensuring quality function of public administration. This model is deduced from the EFQM Excellence Model. The ground of the model is based on self - assessment assisting to identify strengths and to acquire view of activities, that are nessessary for continual development. Pilot version was introduced in May 2000. The EIPA accumulate information about the Model CAF aktive users. Of course the Model CAF is applied in futher countries in the world. The EIPA schedule of the CAF- users is incomplete because of the voluntary registration. Crucial part of this article presents analysis conclusions on CAF diffusiveness in The Czech Republic and in other European states. |
