| Description | In the first part the paper discusses the relationship between public administration, human resources management and quality management. The second part of the text introduces the role of regional offices in the system of public administration in the Czech Republic, the division of responsibilities from the field of personnel management among various bodies of regions and selected results of interviews with regional offices' representatns which relate to the interconnection between the human resources and quality management. |
