Description This paper defines explicit description of the structure and semantics of the picture data, and semiautomatic algorithm for its acquisition. This aquisition is based on automatically got graphic descriptors of the picture segments. Ontology gives us the most probable concept for describing the segment. We also introduce the possible usage of the descriptions.
