Description | When the fundamental work on the reform of local public administration had been accomplished and the most of the problems arisen from the impossibility to sufficiently apply the principles of decentralization and the principles of subsidiarity in the public administration had been solved, more attention was focused on the modernization and the quality of the public sector. The public (citizens) with the substantial help of the media have requirements for the public administration concerning the speed and the efficiency of its activities and the quality of the provided services. The article presents chosen results of the project Measurement of Citizens Satisfaction with Public Sector Services as Integral Part of Quality Management in Public Sector Organizations of Czech Science Foundation number 402/07/1486. |
