Description Present technologies provide very prompt recognition of base sequence in DNA chain. In addition to traditional moleculary-biological approaches is used whole range of methods and procedures, among the electrochemical analysis belong. Most significant application is primarily construction of cheap and quick biosensors for specific DNA sequence analysis. For this purpose were developed methods, which uses paramagnetic beads surface (DBT). These are monodispersive polymerous particles, which provide permanent and definable surface for adsorption or connecting of different bioreactive molecules. The aim of this study was to suggest method for isolation of mRNA from biological materials, optimalisation of these method and their detection of elimmination voltametry.
