| Description | There are many ways how to secure concrete service. One of these is a contract with extern provider. The other way is to provide it by it's own organisation, in different forms. The service could be provided by granted subsidy or on the purpouse subsidy. Also combination of above mentioned is possible. We focus on particulary on "extern supplier" outside public administration. We choosed public commision, public-private partnership and grants for nonprofit organizations (NPOs). The following text shows an interesting overview of above mentioned tools, determinates sources of concrete share of NPOs and development perspectives in this area. |
