Description | Universities participate by many activities and ways in a process of Human Resources Development within the Public Administration. Providing their undergraduate and graduate education programmes is the most relevant way here. A quality of future public administration's employees depends considerably on universities' ability to anticipate the future requests for graduates, and on their competency to reflect that knowledge into their curricula. It can be hardly achieved without a successful progress in scientific activities as well as efficient relationships with stakeholders. Regardless certain constrains, universities showed fairly good level of entrepreneurship and flexibility taking their part in newly rising system of professional training under the Act. no. 2312/2002 Sb. One can assume they will keep this important role even in the future. |
