| Description | Standing inherency of allowance organizations in the culture are for the other private legal status organizations dissimilar competitive conditions, so in evaliation of European Union. The aim of this contribution is to describe the solution of this situation, the alternative legal entities and in particular the establishment of equal conditions for participation in subsidies allocation. |
