Citation
Description During the past 73 years about 1,000,000 bats were banded in Europe by approximately 800 researchers and helpers. A review of banding data and literature is given considering migrations and dispersal of banded individuals to flight distances above 50 km. The data set includes information from the former Czechoslovakia and the present Czech Republic, based on individual marking of 89,250 bats of 23 species, submitted by the author.
