Description The paper deals with the investigation of some concrete factors of the facilitation of the pro-sociability of children aged 6 11. The key question of focusing the investigation concerns the relationship between the teachers personality and the pro-sociability of the pupils.The main result of the investigation from the point of view of new knowledge is the verified relationship between the authoritativity of the teacher and the pro-sociability of his pupils. A lower extent of the authoritativity of the teacher influences the children in a positive sense, a high extent in a negative way.The authoritativity of the teacher proved as highly confirming predictor of the investigated characteristics of the pupils.
