Description | In this paper, we describe the latest developed features in the Rice system for modelling of power network processes. The system was designed and implemented with the aim to capture the behaviour of dynamic emergent networks. To fulfil this requirement, it has to cope with the complexity of local and global changes in the network characteristics including such basic ones like the network topology is. This text includes also several examples of typical power network components and the definitions of their behaviour in the emergent network environment. |
