| Description | The article deals with some important problems concerning the process of implementation of PPP. PPP became an integral part of refom of public budgets in the Czech Republic. Public-Private Partnership represents a contractual agreement between a public entity (which can be national, regional or local)and a private sector supplier. Through this agreement, the skills and assets of each sector (public and private) are shared in delivering a service or facility which is taken advantage of by the public. Apart from sharing of resources, each party shares risks and rewards arising from the delivery of the service and/or use of the facility. This article discusses some weak points of introducing PPP and analyses relevant socio-economical problems. |
