Description	The contribution is focused on application of multivariate statistical methods to assessment of institutional quality of selected countries in European Union. Indicators were created from the research of World Bank Governance Matters. They are: voice and accountability, political stability, government effectiveness, regulatory quality, rule of law and control of corruption.
