Description Abstract Pedal bypasses, for salvage of a critically ischaemic limb, demonstrate excellent long-term outcomes. However, regular follow-up of patients and timely detection and treatment of a contingent haemodynamically significant bypass stenosis, which could cause its thrombosis, are prerequisites.
