Description | In our pilot double-blind cross-over study we demontrated statistically significant improvement in executive functioning induced by one session of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation applied over the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex in 7 patients with cerebrovascular disease without dementia. |
